These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Showlinc platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using Showlinc, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About Showlinc

Showlinc is a digital platform designed to connect venues, promoters, and organisers with talent, creatives, and industry professionals. Showlinc provides listing, discovery, and communication tools only. We are not a booking agent, employer, or representative of any user.

2. Eligibility

To use Showlinc, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Accounts & Memberships

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and all activity under your account.

Some features of Showlinc require payment or an active membership. Access to paid features is granted only while your purchase remains active and valid.

Showlinc reserves the right to:

Modify membership features
Introduce new pricing
Remove or restrict access where misuse or breach is identified

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are displayed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Showlinc does not store your payment details.

Unless required by law:

Purchases are non-refundable
Memberships or packages expire as stated at time of purchase
No refunds are issued for unused time or features

5. Listings & User Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit, including:

Job or venue listings
Profiles, bios, resumes, and media
Messages and communications

You agree that your content:

Is accurate and lawful
Does not infringe intellectual property rights
Is not misleading, abusive, or offensive

Showlinc reserves the right to remove content that breaches these terms without notice.

6. No Guarantee of Work or Engagement

Showlinc does not guarantee:

Employment, bookings, or engagement
Responses to listings or applications
Accuracy or reliability of user-submitted information

All arrangements are made directly between users at their own discretion and risk.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Scrape, harvest, or misuse data
Circumvent access controls or payment systems
Impersonate another individual or entity

Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Services

Showlinc may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showlinc is not liable for:

Loss of income, opportunity, or reputation
Disputes between users
Errors, interruptions, or platform downtime

Use of the platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

10. Privacy

Your use of Showlinc is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, stored, and used.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Showlinc at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.

You may close your account at any time via your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
