“We trialled Showlinc for a month to fill our mid-week slots and ended up keeping it—simple as that. Enquiries are up around 30% and we’re booking quality acts without the back-and-forth. It’s the first platform that actually understands how venues work.
CLAIRE NGUYENVENUE MANAGER
“We used to spend hours trawling emails and Insta DMs. Now we post a brief, shortlist, and lock it in. Fridays were already strong, but Showlinc helped us turn Thursdays into proper live nights. Couldn’t be happier with the workflow.
DANIEL RUSSOEVENTS DIRECTOR
“Straight away we saw better fit between our room and the artists applying—fewer no-shows, tighter comms, cleaner invoicing. The calendar sync and messaging alone are worth it. We’re planning the next quarter with a lot less stress.
SAMIRA HADDADGENERAL MANAGER, ST KILDA PAVILION
“As an independent artist, getting solid gigs used to be guesswork. My profile on Showlinc led to three paid shows in two weeks, and the brief made expectations clear before I walked in. It’s professional, fair, and actually gets results.

Musicians can create a profile for free. Venues can post gigs (with optional paid features like featured/priority listings). We don’t take a commission—payment terms are agreed directly between venue and artist.
Showlinc connects venues and artists but isn’t the employer/agent. We recommend confirming terms in writing (rate, set times, tech needs, cancellation window). Report issues to us and we’ll review breaches of community guidelines.
